Philipp Wild is a W3 professor at the Mainz University Medical Center and heads the departments of Clinical Epidemiology and Systems Medicine as well as Preventive Cardiology and Medical Prevention. He is an expert in the field of translational clinical research on multicausal common diseases, in particular cardiovascular disease. The focus is on a systems medicine-orientated research approach with multi-level data analyses.
