Martin Rahmel

Martin Rahmel is the Managing Director of the Chemical Invention Factory (CIF) at TU Berlin since 2020 and the Coordinator of greenCHEM since 2023. In this joint project between the Berlin Universities (FU Berlin, HU Berlin, TU Berlin), Berlin Chemie Menarini and Covestro, he is responsible for building an ecosystem to enable innovation in green chemistry through successful technology transfer. He got his experience as Managing Director and Co-Founder of DexLeChem. Mr. Rahmel came back to the university and supports spin-offs and technology transfer projects. Martin Rahmel graduated in industrial engineering with a focus in technical chemistry from the TU Berlin in 2005 and was a research assistant at the Chair of Strategic Management from 2005 to 2010.
