Immanuel Schweizer

Immanuel is the Head of Materials AI for the Electronics business of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany where he and his team combine new emerging (Gen)AI capabilities with existing computational modelling capabilities and the digitization of our labs. Immanuel holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and joined Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany in 2017. He has been leading digital transformation in different roles. Most recently Immanuel served as the Head of the Digital & Data Office for the Electronics business of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany after leading the design and implementation of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany’s Group Data Strategy.
