Alessandro Donati

Alessandro Donati has 33 years of experience in satellite operations at the European Space Operations Centre of ESA in Darmstadt, Germany. In 2001 Alessandro founded and since then lead a skunk-work style managed team devoted to introducing and exploiting advanced enabling technology in support of innovative mission operations concepts. The main focus was on artificial intelligence for data analytics and planning. He was also leading and coordinating the Digital Engineering competence domain of ESA. Alessandro is now focused on delivering workshops and individual sessions for training soft skills. He implements multiple techniques that he has mastered in the last 25 years, including meditation, guided visualization, Tibetan singing bowls, Laughter Yoga and Nada Yoga. He is mainly addressing management, researchers, innovators and individuals. The main goals are supporting clients in activating their own potentials and improving harmonic teamwork and efficiency. Alessandro holds a Master of Electronic Engineering from the University of Rome La Sapienza. His accreditations include the Peter Hess sound massage and the Laughter Yoga leader certificates. He is currently finalizing his Nada Yoga music therapy certification.
